University Tales is a compelling narrative set in 1988 York, where Dr Tom Frith embarks on a new chapter as a tutor at the University of Eboracum. The Plot

As Tom navigates this unfamiliar landscape, he is thrust into the lives of three students who struggle to manage their meagre diets of porridge while striving for academic success. Tom also faces the dubious ethics of Edna Wallop, the Acting Head of Faculty, whose financial manoeuvres cast a shadow over the institution.
